Limited Release Policy

Each release is produced in strictly limited quantities.

Once an item sells out, it will not be restocked. Our collections are released seasonally and designed to be collected, worn, and remembered — not reproduced.

We encourage customers to shop early, as availability is limited and sizes may sell out quickly.

Our garments are 100% Organic Cotton, medium weight and cut for a modern regular fit. Measurements are taken on a flat garment.

Chest is measured around the body at its widest point. Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.

Please allow a ±1 inch tolerance due to the nature of garment production.

Our coloured T-shirts are cut slightly smaller. For a more boxy or oversized look, we recommend sizing up, in line with our size guide.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality, fit, and finish of your garment, we recommend the following care:

  • Wash at 30°C
  • We don't recommend to tumble dry
  • Iron on a low to medium heat, suitable for cotton
  • Wash inside out to help protect prints and fabric
  • Avoid ironing directly over printed areas

Proper care will help preserve the colour, structure, and detailing of each piece over time.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All Twenty Eight Deux products are produced in limited quantities. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer errors, including (but not limited to) incorrect size or colour selection, or change of mind.

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy.

We will offer a free replacement or refund for genuine production issues, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged in production or transit
  • Incorrect items received

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

How to Make a Return for Exchange or Refund

Please email hello@twentyeightdeux.com with the following:

  • Subject line: Returns – [Your Order Number]
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the fault

There is no requirement to return the item.

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse claims that fall outside this policy or where sufficient evidence is not provided.
